PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk, sejarah berawal dengan nama PT Semen Cibinong Tbk yang didirikan pada tahun 1971. Kemudian pada tanggal 13 Desember 2001 Holcim membeli sebagian saham. Maka resmilah tanggal 1 Januari 2006 nama Semen Cibinong berganti dengan Holcim Indonesia. Pada saat ini terdapat dua pabrik, yakni pabrik Narogong dan pabrik Cilacap dengan kapasitas maksimum 7,9 juta ton per tahun.

Cilacap Purchasing Superintendent
Scope of works:

• As Purchasing Superintendent, the incumbent will be responsible to manage the systematic process of deciding what, when and how much to purchase and also to ensure that what is required by end user is received on time in the quality specified. The task will be covering, but not limited to:
• Negotiate and prepare series of options to purchase goods/ services at the best conditions with the aim reducing total Cost of Ownership
• Select the vendor, considering the end user recommendation and the vendor performance
• Execute a procurement process based on theprocurement policy and procedure
• Ensure that the purchasing KPI (key Performance Indicator) on the PO processing time and on time delivery are achieved and aligned with the procurement policy & procedure
• Develope and coach buyers and senior buyers through their individual development program

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university, degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical) is preferable
• 5 years holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company (with 2 years experience as supervisor)
• Microsoft office
• Good command in English oral and written
• Excellent in leadership and coaching skill
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Excellent negotiation skill
• Good communication interpersonal skill
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Have good technical skill in cement industry is preferable
